Email automation services that get your messages into the inbox first
The cleverest flow in the world earns nothing from the spam folder. Our email automation services fix authentication and deliverability first, then build the sequences that actually produce revenue.
Lifecycle flows, cold outbound, and CRM-triggered email for brands that need the inbox to work.
What are email automation services?
Email automation services build and run the sequences that send themselves: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, and lead nurture, triggered by what someone does rather than by a marketer pressing send. The work covers authentication and deliverability, list hygiene, segmentation, the sequences themselves, and the integrations that connect them to your store or CRM.
The reason automated email outperforms broadcast campaigns is timing. A message that arrives because someone abandoned a cart twenty minutes ago is relevant in a way a Tuesday newsletter never is, and it keeps working without anyone scheduling it.
But all of that assumes the email arrives. Most agencies start with flows. We start one step earlier, because the flow is worthless if it lands in spam.
Deliverability is the part nobody sells you
Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo enforce requirements that quietly decide whether your email is seen at all. Compliant senders see the large majority of mail reach the inbox. Non-compliant senders can have a third of it routed straight to spam.
DMARC is mandatory once you are a bulk sender. Sending roughly five thousand messages a day or more to Gmail addresses puts you in scope. You need SPF and DKIM configured, with at least one aligned to your sending domain, and a DMARC policy published in DNS. Without it, messages can simply fail to deliver rather than landing in spam where you might notice them.
Your spam complaint rate has a hard ceiling of 0.3%. That is three complaints per thousand emails. It is easier to breach than most senders expect, particularly when emailing an old list or making unsubscribing difficult. Once you are over it, deliverability degrades across everything you send, not just the campaign that caused it.
One-click unsubscribe is a requirement, not a courtesy. Burying the link to protect list size is now actively counterproductive, because the alternative for an annoyed recipient is the spam button, and that costs you far more than the unsubscribe would have.
This is the least glamorous part of email and the part with the largest effect on revenue. If your open rates fell off a cliff and nobody can explain why, this is where we would look first.
The flows that actually make money
Most businesses have a newsletter and no automation. These are the sequences we build first, in the order they usually pay back.
Abandoned cart and abandoned browse
Reaching someone who already showed intent, minutes after they left. Consistently the highest revenue per email of anything you will send, and the flow most stores either lack entirely or set up once and never revisit.
Welcome series
New subscribers are more engaged than they will ever be again. A sequence that introduces the brand, handles common objections, and makes a first-purchase offer beats dropping them straight into the newsletter.
Post-purchase
Order confirmations get opened more than anything else you send. Using that attention for delivery updates, care instructions, and a considered cross-sell turns a receipt into a second order.
Re-engagement and win-back
Reaching lapsed customers before they forget you, and doing it properly so unengaged contacts either come back or get removed. This one protects deliverability as well as generating revenue.
Lead nurture
For longer sales cycles, a sequence that educates rather than pitches, so your name is present when the buying decision finally happens months later.
Replenishment and renewal
For consumables and subscriptions, timed to when the customer is actually running out. Simple, unglamorous, and close to free revenue once configured.
What our email automation services cover
Authentication setup
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured and aligned, with policy tightened gradually rather than switched to enforcement overnight and blocking your own mail.
Flow design and build
The sequences above built, written, and connected to real triggers in your store or CRM rather than approximated with time delays.
List hygiene
Suppressing hard bounces, sunsetting the permanently unengaged, and removing role addresses. Smaller lists routinely produce more revenue than larger neglected ones.
Segmentation
Behavioural and lifecycle segments so a first-time browser and a repeat customer stop receiving identical messages.
Platform and CRM integration
Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or a custom stack wired to your store, CRM, and helpdesk so triggers fire on real events.
Cold outbound sequences
Outbound email run on separate domains with proper warming, volume pacing, and reply handling, kept away from the domain your customer email depends on.
Testing and optimisation
Subject lines, timing, and offers tested where volume supports a real conclusion rather than declaring a winner from forty opens.
Revenue reporting
Revenue per flow and per email, so you can see which sequences carry the programme and which are decoration.
Compliance
Consent capture, one-click unsubscribe, and record keeping that satisfies GDPR and equivalent rules rather than hoping nobody asks.
Never send cold outbound from your main domain
Cold outreach and customer email must not share a sending domain. Cold email attracts complaints and spam-trap hits by its nature. If it goes out from the domain that also sends your order confirmations and newsletters, you are gambling your entire customer communication on the response rate of a prospecting campaign.
The correct setup is separate domains for outbound, warmed gradually over weeks, with sending volume paced per mailbox and replies monitored. It costs a little more to run and it means a bad outbound month never touches the mail your business actually depends on.
We have taken on clients whose transactional email was landing in spam because someone ran a cold campaign from the primary domain six months earlier. Recovering sender reputation takes far longer than doing it correctly would have.
What our email automation services include
Deliverability audit
Authentication records checked, inbox placement tested across major providers, spam complaint and bounce rates reviewed against the thresholds that matter.
Authentication fixed
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured correctly and moved to enforcement safely, rather than switched on in one step and blocking your own mail.
Flows built and written
Copy, design, timing, and triggers delivered live in your platform, not handed over as a document for someone else to implement.
List cleaned
Bounces suppressed, unengaged contacts sunset, and a re-engagement attempt run before anyone is removed for good.
Revenue attribution
Reporting by flow and by email so you can see which sequences carry the programme, reviewed monthly rather than annually.
Ongoing monitoring
Deliverability watched continuously, because a single bad campaign or an expired DNS record can undo months of sender reputation quietly.
How our email automation services run
Audit deliverability
Authentication, inbox placement, and list health assessed first. There is no point building flows that will not arrive.
Fix the foundation
Records corrected, list cleaned, and consent and unsubscribe handling brought in line with what providers now require.
Build the money flows
Abandoned cart, welcome, and post-purchase first, because those three usually account for the majority of automated revenue.
Expand and optimise
Further sequences, deeper segmentation, and testing where volume supports a real conclusion.
Work out what this is worth first
Our free Email Automation ROI Calculator estimates the revenue a proper flow set could add, based on your list size, traffic, and average order value.
How much do email automation services cost?
Usually a build project followed by a monthly retainer, or a retainer alone where flows already exist and need running properly.
Number of flows
Three core sequences is a contained project. A full lifecycle programme with segmentation by product category and customer value is a larger build.
Deliverability starting point
A clean domain with correct records needs little work. A damaged sender reputation takes weeks of careful sending to rebuild, and that time is real cost.
Platform and integrations
Klaviyo connected to Shopify is straightforward. A custom stack, or triggers that depend on data living in three systems, takes longer.
Email is one of the few channels where the return is genuinely calculable in advance, because the inputs are known: list size, traffic, conversion rate, and average order value. Run those numbers before speaking to anyone, including us, and you will know quickly whether the investment makes sense.

Most often deliverability rather than content. Check whether SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are correctly configured and aligned, whether your spam complaint rate has crept toward 0.3%, and whether anyone has sent cold outreach from your main domain. A sudden cliff in opens is usually mail not arriving, not subject lines getting worse overnight.
If you send roughly five thousand messages a day or more to Gmail addresses, yes, it is required rather than advisable. Below that it is still strongly recommended, because it protects your domain from being spoofed and improves how providers treat your mail. It should be introduced gradually rather than switched straight to enforcement.
Abandoned cart if you sell online, welcome series if you do not. Both reach people at the moment of highest intent, and both typically pay for the whole engagement before the rest of the programme is finished. Everything else can wait until those two are running properly.
Yes. Emailing people who never open trains providers to treat your mail as unwanted, which affects delivery to your engaged subscribers too. A smaller list that reaches the inbox produces more revenue than a larger one that does not. We run a re-engagement attempt before removing anyone.
Yes. We work across Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and custom stacks, and we have no reseller relationship pushing you toward any of them. If your current platform genuinely limits what you need, we will say so, but migrating is disruptive and rarely the first answer.
Flows start earning as soon as they are live, since they trigger on behaviour that is already happening. Deliverability repair takes longer, typically several weeks of careful sending to rebuild sender reputation. If the foundation is sound, the first flows can be live and earning within weeks.
