eBay suspension removal services that start with the appeal you have not sent yet
Most sellers appeal within an hour of the email, while the account is still full of open cases and late deliveries, and while the appeal is still an argument rather than a diagnosis. That appeal usually fails, and it makes the next one harder. The order matters more than the wording.
We read the notice, fix what triggered it, and write an appeal eBay can verify. If your case is not winnable we will say so before you pay us.
What are eBay suspension removal services?
eBay suspension removal services are the work of identifying exactly which policy or performance failure triggered a restriction, clearing the account conditions that would cause an appeal to be rejected on sight, assembling evidence that the underlying problem is already fixed, and submitting a single documented appeal that eBay can verify rather than an explanation it has to take on trust.
The word suspension covers several different things and they do not have the same fix. A lowered selling limit is not a suspension. A verification hold is not a policy violation. An indefinite suspension after three failed appeals is a different problem from one that arrived this morning.
Working out which one you have is the first job, because the appeal for each reads completely differently.
The four things that turn a fixable suspension into a permanent one
Read this part before you do anything else. Every one of these is something sellers do in the first day, believing it helps.
Appealing before the account is clean. If your dashboard still shows open buyer cases, late deliveries in the last thirty days or unresolved negative feedback, an appeal is being read against a live record of the exact behaviour that triggered the action. On MC011 business verification in particular, appealing with a dirty dashboard is a well known route to a rejection that is much harder to reverse.
Opening a second account. This is the one that ends accounts for good. eBay links accounts using device fingerprinting, shared payment and banking details, addresses, phone numbers and network signals. A new account created while the first is suspended is usually found and suspended too, and it converts a recoverable situation into a deliberate policy breach on your record. New computer, new email and a relative's name do not defeat it.
Arguing that it was unfair. The person or system reading your appeal is looking for operational clarity and evidence. Anger, accusations and desperation read as noise. Even when you are right about the circumstances, an appeal built on grievance gives the reviewer nothing to approve.
Sending the same appeal repeatedly. Volume does not help and each rejection narrows what is left. One appeal that contains a named root cause, dated evidence and a prevention step beats six that restate the same explanation in stronger language.
If you have already done one or two of these, say so when we speak. It changes the approach rather than ending it, and we would rather know at the start.
Which restriction have you actually got?
The notice eBay sends is short and rarely names the real cause. What it does tell you is the category, and the category decides the route back.
| What arrived | What it usually means | What actually clears it |
|---|---|---|
| Selling limits reduced | Performance concern, not a suspension. Often follows a defect or case spike | Thirty days of clean trading at the lower limit, then a limit review request |
| MC011 verification | Business or identity verification, frequently triggered by growth or a details change | Correct documents that match the registered details exactly, submitted with a clear dashboard |
| Selling restricted, performance | Below standard rating, defect rate, late shipment rate or case volume | The metric brought back inside threshold, plus the operational change that caused it |
| Selling restricted, policy | Intellectual property, counterfeit, prohibited items or item not as described patterns | Listings removed, the source of the problem addressed, and proof of both |
| Indefinite suspension | Severe breach, or a run of failed appeals on the same issue | Sometimes nothing. Honest assessment matters more here than another appeal |
| Payout hold | Risk hold on funds, often alongside one of the above | Usually released on a schedule once the underlying restriction is resolved |
Policies change, so treat this as the shape of the problem rather than a rulebook. We confirm the current requirement on your specific notice before touching anything.
Clear the account before you write a word
An appeal is read next to your live dashboard. Everything on this list is checkable by eBay in seconds, which is why it is checked.
Open cases to zero
Every unresolved buyer case, return and dispute closed out, including the ones you would normally contest. Winning a case is worth less than an empty queue right now.
Late deliveries handled
Tracking uploaded, buyers contacted, and anything genuinely late resolved directly. Late shipment rate is one of the fastest metrics to move and one of the most visible.
Negative feedback addressed
Not removed by argument, resolved with the buyer. A revision request that follows an actual fix lands very differently from one that follows a plea.
Outstanding fees settled
Unpaid selling fees are a common reason an otherwise reasonable appeal never reaches a human. Settle them first and it becomes a non issue.
The offending listings gone
If the trigger was a listing category, an intellectual property claim or a description problem, those listings come down before the appeal, not after it is approved.
Documents matched exactly
Business name, address and bank details identical across your eBay registration, your invoices and your utility or bank statement. A one character mismatch is a rejection.
On most accounts this stage takes a few days rather than a few minutes. It is also the part that decides the outcome, so we do it properly before anything gets submitted.
What an appeal that works actually contains
Three things, in this order, written in the voice of a business reporting on an incident rather than a person asking for mercy.
The root cause, named specifically
Not the story. The exact failure. Not a busy period but a supplier who shipped four days late on a product line we listed with a one day handling time. eBay cannot approve a vague cause because it cannot verify that a vague cause was fixed.
Evidence the fix is already live
Handling times changed on the affected listings on a stated date. Stock moved to a fulfilment partner. A supplier dropped. Dated, checkable and already done, in the past tense, because a promise is not evidence.
The prevention step
What now stops it recurring. A stock threshold that pulls a listing automatically. A weekly review of the defect report. Something specific enough that a reviewer can see it would have caught the original problem.
Nothing else
No history of how long you have sold on the platform, no revenue figures, no comparison to other sellers, no mention of hardship. All of it reads as pressure and none of it is what is being assessed.
Amazon calls this a Plan of Action and asks for it formally. eBay usually does not ask for it in those words, which is exactly why so few appeals contain one, and why the ones that do stand out.
What our eBay suspension removal services cover
The appeal is one deliverable out of nine. The other eight are what make it credible.
Notice and cause analysis
We read the actual notice, the policy it cites and the account history behind it, then tell you which of the six situations above you are in.
Dashboard clearance
Cases, late deliveries, feedback and fees worked through to zero before anything is submitted, with a record of what changed and when.
Document preparation
Verification documents checked against your registered details character by character. Most MC011 rejections are a mismatch, not a missing paper.
The appeal itself
Root cause, dated evidence and prevention, written to be verified rather than believed. One submission, prepared properly, not a sequence of attempts.
Listing and policy remediation
Offending listings removed, categories reviewed, intellectual property risk checked across the catalogue so the same trigger does not fire again next quarter.
The operational fix
Handling times, supplier terms, stock thresholds and returns handling changed for real, because that is the part the evidence has to point at.
Escalation and follow up
Managing the response, answering follow up questions in the same operational register, and escalating through the proper route when a case stalls.
Funds and payout guidance
What is held, what typically releases and when, so you can plan cash flow instead of guessing while the appeal is with eBay.
Post reinstatement monitoring
Reinstated accounts are watched more closely than new ones. We monitor the metrics that triggered the action for the first ninety days back.
How a suspension removal actually runs
Day one, read and assess
The notice, the policy, the metrics and the appeal history. At the end of this we tell you whether we think it is winnable. If we do not, you have not paid us anything.
Days two to five, clear and fix
Cases closed, deliveries handled, fees settled, listings removed, and the operational change made properly. The evidence for the appeal is created here, not written here.
Submit once
One appeal, with the root cause named, the fix dated and the prevention step stated. You see it before it goes and you approve every claim it makes.
Manage the response
Follow up questions answered in the same register, escalation where a case stalls, and a plain update from us either way rather than silence while you wait.
Timelines are not ours to promise. Some accounts move in days, some sit for weeks, and no agency controls that. What we control is that the submission is complete the first time, which is the only lever that reliably shortens it.
What we will not tell you
Anyone guaranteeing reinstatement is either guessing or planning to open you a second account, and the second one costs you the business.
We cannot guarantee an outcome. The decision belongs to eBay. What we can guarantee is that the appeal will be complete, accurate and free of the four mistakes above, which is more than most submissions manage.
We will not write a story that is not true. If the goods really were counterfeit, or the descriptions really were misleading, we will not build an appeal that says otherwise. Beyond the ethics of it, invented root causes fail because the evidence never matches.
We turn cases down. Accounts with several failed appeals on the same issue, or a permanent closure after a severe breach, are often past the point where another submission helps. We would rather say that on the first call than take a fee for a letter.
If your case is one we decline, we will still tell you what we would have done and what your realistic options are. That call costs you nothing and it is usually the most useful half hour available to you that week.
How much do eBay suspension removal services cost?
Priced as work rather than as a rescue. A suspension is stressful and that is exactly when people get charged badly for hope.
Assessment call
Free. We read the notice and the account and tell you which situation you are in and whether we think it is winnable. No obligation attached to it.
Removal project
A fixed fee quoted after the assessment, covering clearance, remediation, the appeal and follow up. Fixed, so the price does not move if the case drags.
Ongoing account management
Optional and only afterwards. Reinstated accounts are watched closely, and most suspensions are the second symptom of something that was visible a month earlier.
We do not price on a percentage of recovered funds and we do not take a success fee, because both create a reason to file an appeal we already know is weak.
Getting back on, and staying on
If you want the longer walk through how reinstatement decisions are made, we wrote that up separately in how eBay account reinstatement actually works.
eBay account management
Ongoing health, metrics and policy monitoring. The version of this service where the suspension never happens in the first place.
See account management →eBay listing optimization
Item specifics, titles and descriptions. A large share of item not as described defects start as a description that promised something the product did not do.
See listing work →Amazon account management
For sellers running both. The account health rules differ, and a problem on one platform often has a twin quietly building on the other.
See Amazon management →Common questions about eBay suspensions
Almost never. An appeal is read next to your live dashboard, so open buyer cases, late deliveries in the last thirty days and unresolved negative feedback all argue against you while you are arguing for yourself. Clear those first, then appeal once with evidence. On MC011 verification in particular, appealing with a dirty dashboard is a known route to a rejection that is much harder to reverse.
This is the single worst thing you can do. eBay links accounts using device fingerprinting, shared payment and banking details, addresses, phone numbers and network signals, so a new account created while the first is suspended is usually found and suspended too. It also turns a recoverable performance issue into a deliberate policy breach on your record, which is what makes the original account unrecoverable.
MC011 is a business verification requirement rather than a punishment, and it is often triggered by growth or a change of registered details. It is cleared with documents that match your eBay registration exactly, character for character, submitted once the account has no open cases or delivery problems. Most rejections we see are a name or address mismatch, not a missing document.
It varies from a few days to several weeks and nobody outside eBay controls it. What does move the timeline is completeness. An appeal that names the root cause, shows dated evidence of the fix and states the prevention step tends to resolve in one pass, while a partial one generates follow up questions that add a week each time.
Funds are usually held rather than lost, and they typically release on a schedule once the underlying restriction is resolved. Plan cash flow on the assumption the money is unavailable for now, keep fulfilling orders you have already taken, and do not let a payout hold push you into opening a second account to keep trading.
No, and neither can anyone else. The decision belongs to eBay. What is controllable is whether the appeal is complete, whether the account was clean when it was submitted and whether the evidence is verifiable. Those three things are most of the difference between the appeals that work and the ones that do not.
Not automatically, but be realistic. Repeated rejections on the same issue narrow what is left, and a fourth version of the same argument will not land. Tell us what was submitted each time. If there is a route left it usually comes from a cause that was never named correctly, and if there is not, we will say so rather than sell you another letter.
Send us the notice before you send eBay anything
We will read the suspension notice and the account, tell you which situation you are actually in, and give you a straight answer on whether it is winnable. If it is not, we will say so and you will not pay us. No obligation, no sales pitch.
